About us

Discover Lux Energy Corporation

A successful natural resource company requires a solid base to build from and a team that is capable of executing a business plan. Lux Energy has both. Our current portfolio of producing oil and gas wells is just the start of a larger more profitable Lux Energy. Our team has proven track records in technical, operations, business and the ability to raise money – components necessary for successful execution.

Lux Energy has the ability to increase shareholder value by increasing production. Production will be increased by re-working existing producing or previously producing wells and by developing proven undeveloped zones in existing wells.

Market Conditions

We strongly believe energy prices will continue to be strong going forward. One reason why we believe this is because of a recent G8 meeting in Italy where attendees stated that US$70-80/barrrel oil is considered a fair price.

Very recently (June) news stated that crude inventories had fallen sharply. This along with the fear that issues in Nigeria and Iran may cause production to weaken all bode well for increased energy prices. Hurricane season is just around the corner.

Investors must be careful during rockier economic circumstances. Production and the ability to profit are crucial to a company’s success, especially during current economic conditions.

Lux Energy provides investors with the safety and stability of a producing company, coupled with the upside exploration potential and future production growth from acquisitions.

We strongly believe oil and gas prices are set to rise in the short and long term and that we are in a commodities bull market which will last for many years to come.
