Lux Energy Corp To Raise $5 million

Lux Energy Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a private placement of up to $ 5 million dollars. The private placement will be completed pursuant to prospectus exemptions and will be non-brokered, although the Company intends to pay finder’s fees, including cash commissions and compensation options, to those who assist the Company in sourcing funds.

“This financing will allow us to greatly enhance our production and add to our exploration efforts,” states Shane Broesky, President and CEO of Lux Energy Corp. “We are looking into major opportunities in Alberta.”

The shares that may be issued in connection with this transaction have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, or any state securities laws, and when sold will bear a restrictive legend. The shares may not be resold unless the shares are subsequently registered or pursuant to an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state laws.
